VENDOR CATEGORIES

All vendors must be fully set up by 2:00 PM. Load-in begins at 10:00 AM. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot without refund.
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Food vendors are required to provide proof of a valid NC Food Handler's Permit or equivalent health certification prior to the event.

Booth fees are non-refundable. Spots are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.

Vendors are responsible for their own setup, supplies, and breakdown. All trash must be bagged and left at designated areas.
Electricity access is limited. Vendors requiring power must indicate this on their application. A generator fee may apply.

Merchandise vendors may not sell items that compete directly with event merchandise. Approved product types are confirmed at registration.
